Minutes HOA Board Meeting 11-5-08
Meeting was called to Order.
Board members present: Julie Wroobel, Gila Brown
Absent: Per Linden
The board presented the proposed budget for 2009. Budget approved for 2009.
The board also voted to file a lein on unit #210. This unit is currently owned by Indymac and no dues have been paid since the unit became bank owned.
