Meeting Minutes 5-27-08
1) The minutes from the prior meeting were approved
2) Earl provided information on our finacials, we are looking good and have 15k which we could spend from our reserves (before all the work we have done to leaks etc, but include 25k for boiler and 20k for the faux grass)
3. We made a list of things needed to be done to the building in random order and we then have to review what we think is most important and in what order. A notice will go out to all homeowners to vote on the various projects and we will use this list to establish priority for projects.
- Change Floor covering in the hallways
- Having the building surveyed and prepare a budget (believe we mentioned that this just had been done)
- Update website
- Finish courtyard, grass area and fix leaking
- Resolve boiler problems
- Look into redoing the piping in the building
- Smoke Alarm fix problem
- Garage Cleaning 6-17 8am tuesday
- rekeying the building
- Look for new landscaping company
- Cancel order of plants from old upkeeper
- Check Pool temperature and set
- Leak in garage and water test
- look into claudios window leak
- Check price for window washing, part of HOA of everyone paying them selves
- Airconditioning.
Samples of the faux grass will be left in the courtyard for people to vote on. We will then get a revised bid, along with a bid for painting the planters.
